Equipment Overview
This overpressure test system is designed to meet IEC 62196-3-1 Clause 101.6 requirements. It conducts pressure leakage testing for liquid coolant systems up to 10 L, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
Equipped with a high-pressure booster pump, the system verifies the pressure resistance of each sample according to its rated specifications. The setup includes an electrical control unit, precision pressure regulation system, and water tank, with test samples manually installed and connected for accurate and repeatable testing.
